PVC Flooring Production Process
The first step is extrusion molding;
The raw material stone powder, tree fat powder, etc. are added to the extruder while attaching the base, color film + wear-resistant layer through high temperature and high pressure into semi-finished products.
The second step is cooling;
The nine-roll cooling machine, This machine was developed by our boss, Through the principle of vacuum and rolling, the heat is dissipated into the air, and the product can be cooled and shaped in a short time.
The third step is to cut;
After the output, through the nine-roll cooling machine, to the automatic shearing machine, through the ultrasonic transducer to the welding head and the knife die to produce violent vibration friction, so as to achieve the effect of shearing.
The fourth step is punching machine;
According to the needs of cutting, punching, pressing and other operations, select the appropriate stamping die. Then, according to different process requirements and operational needs, adjust the working parameters of the press.
The fifth step is the adhesive backing machine;
Drop glue, baking glue, transfer cooling: the release film is heated and evenly coated on the substrate through the heating and coating device, and then bonded in the bonding zone.
Packaging；
We generally use cowhide carton packaging with the factory LOGO. Neutral packaging can also be used, small volume is not recommended to customize color boxes, large volume can consider custom color boxes, but will incur costs (design plate fees).
